Society is full of labels, and we tend to label ourselves as well. Whether it is by color, race, religion or size, we are all classified and categorized. The labels that this site will be concerned with involve size. A majority of it will be weight, although height is brought up a bit, usually hand in hand with weight, as the term “big and tall” seem to go together in society.

We will look for size friendly organizations, businesses, and websites. We will review items and how they stack up for our use. And we will provide news and commentary on stories that affect our groups. We welcome your comments on all of our posts (subject to our comments policy.) However, not everything that we might enjoy is going to be colored by our size, so, you may see non-size related posts. But our goal will be to stick mostly to the size friendly premise.

As for our title, and incidentally the first post, although I am sure we will talk about shorts as in clothing even further, shorts is really referring to the glimpse we give into each subject. Introducing you to it and allowing you to investigate more and make your own decisions.
