UPDATED: DECEMBER 19th, 2010

Help for big and tall men is not readily available. It is as true now as when this article was first presented almost 2 years ago. At that time, I wrote 101 Resources for Big and Tall Men with the idea that it would serve as a database of websites that big and tall guys would find useful. With over 10,000 visits from almost 100 countries since May 6, 2009 when the article was originally published, it has been successful.

But as time goes on, the web changes and as such, in order to provide everyone with the most up to date information, this list needed to be reviewed. To my dismay, there were a lot of changes necessary. Finding 101 resources proved even more difficult that the first time. But, also, I put more stringent requirements this time. Some of the links that were originally listed may have been active, but not updated for a long period of time (in some cases several years). Since these sites did not have up-to-date information, I decided in most cases to drop them from the list. Also, the explosion of Facebook, Twitter, the emergence of LinkedIn and the demise of MySpace presented other opportunities for information. (If an organization has social media site tie-ins such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., these will be grouped together with the main site of the organization as you will see below.)
As I stated in the original post “after drilling though site after site, combing through active and broken links, sites that haven’t been updated in several years and sites that were just a page with a small blurb on it, I have come up with what I consider a great list….These links are informational… (and) include (local, regional, national and international) organizations, clubs, publications and blogs that are size-friendly.”

Just a note about the social media sites. If you are trying to access a Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or MySpace page, you may have to be logged into your account to view the page.

If you find any broken links, feel free to email us at fourthcircleenterprises@gmail.com.
